HOW
TO PLACE AN ORDER
|
If you would like to view products
for sale on the Temple Records web site, you can visit the shop
(click
here) to view our range of CD's, Books & DVD's.
Once you have found an item that
you would like to order, you simply need to add it to your shopping
basket.

ADDING
AN ITEM TO YOUR SHOPPING BASKET
|
When
you are ready to add an item to your basket, simply click the Buy
Now link, or click the Shopping Basket icon ,
for your chosen product. This will add the item to your shopping
basket, at which point you will be redirected to the View Basket
page.

VIEWING
AND CHANGING THE CONTENTS OF YOUR SHOPPING BASKET
|
On
the View Basket page you will see a basket area which should contain
details of the item/s you have selected.
The example below has 2 items in the basket:

Changing
Quantity
If you would like to order more than one of a particular item, simply
edit the number in the Quantity box, and then click the Re-Calc
button.
Removing
an Item
If you would like to remove an item from your shopping basket, simply
place a tick in the Remove check box and then click the Re-Calc
button.

POSTAGE
AND PACKING
|
Items
in the UK are sent 1st class wherever possible. Outwith the UK,
items are normally sent Airmail 'small packet'
|
CONTINUING
SHOPPING
|
If you are happy with the contents
of your basket, you may continue to browse the site and CD shop
by clicking the Back to Shop button or by selecting any of
the links on the page. You can add as many items as you like to
your shopping basket, however we do advise customers, wishing to
purchase 15 or more separate products, to contact us directly. You

NOTE:
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by simply
clicking the View Basket button at the top of the page, or
by clicking the View Basket link at the bottom of the page.

PAYING
BY CHEQUE
|
We are happy to accept payment
by cheque however, we will not dispatch cheque orders until the
cheque has been cleared by our bank (usually 5 business days from
receipt of cheque). To order by cheque, simply print your View
Basket page when you have added the items you would like to
purchase. Note: There is no requirement to proceed to checkout,
if ordering by cheque.
Send your cheque, made payable
to Temple Records , along with your Basket print out
and details of your delivery address, to the following address:

Once payment has been accepted
by our bank, your goods will be dispatched. If you have any questions

PROCEEDING
TO CHECKOUT
|
When
you have completed adding items to your basket, and are ready to
place your order, you need to proceed to the checkout area. To proceed
to the checkout, click the
button which you will find at the bottom of the View Basket page.
NOTE:
You cannot add additional items to your order once you have
entered the checkout area.
All
information sent to us from within the secure area will be encrypted
for security purposes.

In
the top right of the checkout page you will be shown details of
the items you have ordered, along with details of the Postage &
Packing you have chosen and the grand total for your order. You
now need to enter your delivery and payment information.
Delivery
Information
Enter your delivery information in this section by completing as
many of the fields as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk (*)
must be completed. NOTE:
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address
in the Email field.
Payment
Information
Select your credit / debit card type from the drop down menu. We
accept the following credit / debit cards:
Enter
your card details in the remaining sections and, when you are sure
you have entered all of your information correctly, click the Place
Order button.

ORDER
CONFIRMATION
|
Once
you have clicked the Place Order button, your order will
be sent to our sales department. You will receive an order confirmation,
by email*, within 12 hours of placing
your order. This is confirmation that your order has been sent to
our sales department
NOTE:
If you have not received an order confirmation within 12 hours of
placing your order, please contact our sales department directly
at info@templerecords.co.uk
You
will be emailed again once your items have been dispatched.
*
If you have entered an invalid email address on the Checkout Page,
this will delay your order confirmation.

WHAT
APPEARS ON MY CREDIT CARD / BANK STATEMENT?
|
Orders
placed on the Temple Records web site will appear on your credit
card / bank statement as Temple Records.
|
RETURNED
GOODS
|
If,
for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may
return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with CD seals/wrap
intact) within 28 days and we will offer a full refund (excluding
postage and packing costs). We will only accept the return of opened
goods if they are faulty.

You
have the legal right to cancel your purchase of a product within
seven working days of receipt of that product.
This
returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
