Battlefield Band: tour dates in Scotland, England, N.I, Galicia, USA, Germany, Switzerland & FranceBattlefield Band are working hard on their new album just now, but as
well as all the recording & mixing, the band are working hard at 'keeping
the show on the road'. They've got concerts in Scotland, England, Northern
Ireland, Galicia & the USA planned before the end of the year, and
a tour which will take them to Germany, Switzerland & France during
January & February 2010, followed by another visit to the USA in March
2010; so have a check below and find out whether they're playing anywhere
near you.

Scotland, England & Northern Ireland in 2009
The band will be playing at Cleckheaton Folk Festival on the 5th July & Lincoln on the 6th July before appearing for two consecutive days (25th & 26th July) at one of Scotland's most prestigious Homecoming Celebration events - 'The Gathering', in Edinburgh, one of the largest Clan Gatherings in history.
On the 9th of August they'll be appearing at the Vogrie Festival in Midlothian and then they head over to Northern Ireland to perform at the Gateway to the Tall Ships in Belfast on the 14th August.
September & October find the group back in England, with shows lined up in Bromyard, Banbury, Worcester & Canterbury and another date in Edinburgh has just been confirmed, this time at the Queens Hall on the 20th November.

USA 2009 & 2010
2009: The next Battlefield Band US tour dates are scheduled for October/November 2009, and there are already shows confirmed for W Hartford CT, Black Mountain NC, Fairfield IA, Jefferson City MO, Mt Pleasant MI, Ann Arbor MI, Olympia WA, Kirkland WA, Friday Harbor WA, Coupeville WA, Felton CA, Ojai CA, Tehachapi CA, San Diego CA, Pasadena CA & Berkeley CA but there will be more shows added in the near future.
2010: If you don't see any dates close to you this year then there are also some confimed shows for as far ahead as 2010, when the band will be in Livermore CA, Bath ME, Vienna VA, Carrboro NC, Asheville NC, Knoxville TN & Long Beach CA

Germany, Switzerland & France 2010
In January & February 2010 Battlefield Band will be embarking on the 'Milestone Tour – Celebrating the 40th anniversary of Scotland’s legendary Folk band'. There are now 22 dates confirmed for this tour in Germany, Switzerland & France, and there may still be one or two shows to be added so do keep checking the band's website to stay up to date.
